REALLY raining.
Drenching rain.
I said - lets get the umbrellas and go anyway!
Leo said no.
So we waited.
20 min later it was done.
The sun came out and it was beautiful.
The air was clean.
All the pukh (white fluff from poplar trees) was down for a bit.
We decided to walk to Hermitage Park.
Along the pay we passed the Petrovsky, or Vysokopetrovsky Monastery. then a little sculpture park. Later we headed to Hermitage Park which is quite nice. After we went to dinner at an Uzbek place which was really tasty. then home again home again jiggedy jig.

My daughter told me how this is the worst spring for the pukh. She said that yesterday it was like it was snowing and the grass was covered. I'd die with my allergies.
ReplyDeleteSounds like you ended up having a good day out.
Looks like a fun stroll!
